Then come to the Main branch of the Franklin County Public Library on Sat., Feb. 23 when Master Storyteller Sheila Arnold tells stories, leads sing-alongs and presents historical character interpretations in honor of Black History Month. Ms. Arnold is nationally and internationally acclaimed as a storyteller, historian and researcher. She will perform at 11AM, 1PM & 3PM. Shows are free, drop in & for all ages.
