More than two years in the making, the proposed Village Plan for Westlake – Hales Ford and vicinity is nearing completion. The Franklin County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing the evening of Tuesday, September 13th at 6:00 p.m. Location will be at Trinity Ecumenical Parish, 40 Lakemount Drive, Moneta, VA. This public hearing will help inform the Planning Commission as it determines the recommendation it will forward to the Board of Supervisors.
