Job Description
Schedules, supervises, and evaluates production areas and production workers.  Other duties will include, but are not limited to, stocking, ordering, inventorying, accounting, cooking, swim ticket and merchandise sales, and minor equipment repairs.  Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, and is responsible to the Assistant Park Manager or his/her designee.  Assumes responsibility for cleanliness and safety of concession area including all buildings and grounds.  Responsible for revenue collection, reconciliation and daily deposits.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent.  College courses in restaurant management, business or related fields is preferred.  Training in safe food service operations such as ServSafe is preferred.  Familiarity with health codes and 1st aid procedures is preferred.  May substitute college courses for experience within this same field.
All positions require weekends and/or holidays, uniforms will be provided per policy. Employment in all positions is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check.  All positions are limited to 1500 hours between May 1 and April 30. Must possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License. Compensation is based on experience.
