DESCRIPTION:The next meeting of the Smith Mountain Lake Newcomers will feature Rebecca Ventola\, the library director for the Franklin County Libraries. We are excited to learn more about the services and resources that the local libraries have to offer lake residents. We will meet on Monday\, August 12th\, at Trinity Ecumenical Parish. Everyone is welcome to attend this completely free event. The Smith Mountain Lake Newcomers is purely a social organization and is open to anyone who lives in the area. Please join us for complimentary refreshments at 10:00 followed by the presentation at 10:30. Bring a friend\, be prepared to make some new friends\, and learn about the local library   all at the same time. All are welcome. We hope to see you there.
