Does your church group or community need a spiritual setting for a relaxing retreat? PHOEBE NEEDLES CENTER, INC. can offer your group a variety of possibilities.



Check out our May 11th, 2021 Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL) program, “Mushroom Identification and the Virginia Big 20,” presented by Alan Messenger and friends. The program begins at 10:00 a.m. outside by Phoebe Needles Hall. You may arrive at 9:30 a.m. for coffee and social time. To RSVP for this event and obtain more information, please call Phoebe Needles Center, Inc. at (540)-483-1518. Reservations should be made by Friday, April 9th, 2021 before the event.

Senior Adventure @ Day Camp: From May 30th to June 2nd, we are hosting a day camp for senior citizens. It will consist of a variety of camp activities, such as the high ropes course, team initiative challenges, and reading, relaxation, and reflection. The camp is open to anyone around 50 years of age or older. The price for the camp is $120. 



Active Seniors Class: Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the Active Seniors Class! This is a light exercise class for seniors who would like to work on developing strength, mobility, and flexibility at their own pace. The classes are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Participants are able to use a chair during their exercises as well as have the choice of opting out of any exercise they may not feel comfortable participating in. These classes are offered at no charge! Currently, due to COVID-19 regulations, we are hosting these classes via Zoom.
