The Smith Mountain Lake Newcomers will meet at Trinity Ecumenical Church on Monday, March 13th at 10:30 AM. Doors open at 10:00 AM. We will be hearing an informative presentation from Cora Physical Therapy. They will discuss how to prevent falls, do a free balance screening, discuss how to build balance, and help us know what to do if we ever had a fall. Wellness tips and therapy exercises will also be shared with us. Complimentary refreshments will be served at 10:00 AM. All are welcome to attend this free event. Come join your friends and neighbors at this enlightening event.
