SML Steel Drum Bands and Ukulele Ensemble

Steel Drum Concert to benefit LCM and Food for Kids On June 17th, the Saturday of Fathers' Day weekend, the SML Steel Drum Bands and Ukulele Ensemble will present "Soaring Into Summer," a family-style "Welcome Summer!" concert of familiar songs in toe-tapping island-music fashion. The show will run from 3-5 PM at the SML Pavilion in Downtown Moneta. Advance tickets, available on-line at smlpavilion.com/events/food-for-kids/, are just $12 for adults and $6 for kids 6-12. Under 6 are free. The show is being organized and promoted by Ladies' Auxiliary 4344 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Any unsold tickets will be available at the gate before the show, but on-line purchase is encouraged. As a bonus, Dads are being offered a free post-meal desert, with proof of ticket purchase, on Saturday evening or Sunday at the following area restaurants: Bull Dock, Copper Kettle, Cilantro Mexican Grill, Jake's Place, Los Amigos, Magnum Point Marina, Mango's, Napoli Cowboy, Napoli at the Lake and Vinny's.
