We have a very unique process that allows us to give you a complete price up front rather than using allowances that typically add 15% to your price by the time the home is finished. Because of that, local lenders such as Assurance Financial and Bank of the James will allow a higher loan to value (smaller down payment) if you're working with Craftsman, knowing your price won't change at the end.

Our excavator and Production Manager will visit the lot with you (whether you already purchased it or not), and we will provide you with a free lot improvement estimate up front. Our Sales Manager will help you with your interior and exterior finished and colors at our showroom conveniently located in Westlake. Our draftsman will draw your plans in-house so you can visualize your new home.

Because of the quality of the materials we use in all our homes - solid wood custom cabinets, Moen faucets, Whirlpool appliances, Advan-tech sub floors and Weyerhauser framer series lumber - we offer one of the most comprehensive warranty packages available. Our basement are guaranteed dry for 30 years, we carry an insured structural warranty for 10 years, and warrant all of our workmanship for two years - twice as long as the standard in Virginia.
