About Us
Hi there! I’m Nichole Powell, also known as the MKB Mermaid—a wife, homeschool mom, and proud Smith Mountain Lake resident. I believe home is where memories are made and life unfolds, and I love helping families, retirees, and lake lovers find their perfect place.
Before real estate, I served as a firefighter and EMT, developing the dedication, communication skills, and calm under pressure I bring to every transaction. As a full-time REALTOR® with MKB, REALTORS At the Lake, I combine local knowledge with personalized service to make buying or selling smooth and informed.
Whether you’re purchasing your first home, finding a waterfront retreat, investing, or selling, you can count on responsive communication, honest guidance, and attention to detail. My completed luxury home marketing training helps me provide elevated marketing and exceptional service at every price point.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy family time, lake life, local businesses, community service, and cruising in my Jeep.
“Making Waves in Real Estate” is my commitment to helping you move confidently into your next chapter. I can’t wait to help you write it!
