Senior Rehabilitation Center in Lynchburg, VA
Established in 1995, Forest Health and Rehab is a 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as “Hill City” or “The City of Seven Hills”. Our facility sits on a cul-de-sac shared with Johnson’s Health Center and The Surgery Center of Lynchburg, and is conveniently located near Lynchburg General Hospital.
Each year, our community participates in The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which we fundraise all year long for with cookouts, bake sales, yard sales, and other fun events. We also participate in Toys for Tots every holiday season to give back to those in need.
Forest Health and Rehab is located near many shopping centers as well as local parks around town. Some attractions for visitors of the area include The James River, Amazement Square, Monument Terrace, and Point of Honor.
Recently acquired by Saber Healthcare, Forest Health and Rehab joins our team that is committed to providing quality and compassionate care to the residents we have the pleasure of serving. Whether our residents are here for short or long term care, we hope that they can call Forest Health and Rehab their home.
