SEMCO Services, Inc. is a family owned business serving the Commonwealth of Virginia since 1996. Headquartered in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, our crews can work anywhere in Virginia on projects both large and small. We serve all sectors of the construction industry--institutional, industrial, commercial, and residential. We provide turn-key results as a direct contractor to owners and often as a subcontractor to many Virginia general contractors.
We perform selective demolition and mechanical demolition. We welcome inquiries on small to mid-sized projects involving full demolition. We also specialize in hazardous materials, including asbestos or lead abatement and mold remediation. Our highly skilled teams are capable and prepared to handle additional construction-related tasks.
Our team is trained to handle Asbestos Abatement, Mold Remediation, Lead Paint Remediation, and Selective Demolition.
