Each appraisal prepared at my firm is professionally reviewed prior to being sent to its final destination. I have extensive past experience as a Senior Appraisal Reviewer at Washington Mutual Bank so you can be assured your final product will be of the highest quality. We take the time to ensure the appraised is both well supported and explained. I also understand that time is of the essence and that you need your appraisal to be delivered on time!
We offer a variety of residential appraisal services for Purchases, Refinances, Divorces, Estate, and for those wishing to obtain an accurate valuation prior to listing their home for sale. I have discounted fees available for listing appraisals ordered directly by private parties and real estate agents.
