The Town of Boones Mill is located along U.S. Highway 220 halfway between Roanoke (to the north) and Rocky Mount (to the south).
About Us
Boones Mill originally developed around the site of a mill, established by the Boone Family in 1786. In 1927 the Town of Boones Mill was incorporated and comprised 525 acres. The Town’s boundaries have not been altered since that time.
Located along U.S. Route 220 between Roanoke and Rocky Mount, Boones Mill has a wonderful quality of life and serves as home to several hundred residents.
