We are an organization that helps families like yours coordinate what is necessary from a counseling and education perspective to achieve the American dream of homeownership. This can include but is not limited to budget counseling, credit counseling, creative financing assistance, and referrals to local agencies and government resources.
As part of our intake process, families are interviewed to gain an understanding of their financial history and produce a timeline for the path toward homeownership.
But we don´t stop by just helping you buy a home. We also want to help you keep it! That's why we offer credit repair services and quarterly performance reviews for 12 months following the purchase of your home.
We know that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. But don´t worry, you are not alone! We will be with you every step of the way, ensuring that the process is smooth, memorable, and fun.
