Blue Ridge COBRA Defense is a law-enforcement based reality self-defense system. We teach me , women and children how to survive the worst possible situations. We have been teaching reality based self-defense since 2002 all over the world in places like Australia and South Africa. We have taught everyone from the soccer mom to fortune 500 companies how to protect themselves.
