About Us
Our Company was formed in 1986 by Ed & Jean Buchholz when he obtained his Virginia Real Estate Board License as a Principal Broker. We later expanded our services by obtaining Class A General Contractors License.
Since then we have been actively involved in both commercial and residential real estate and construction. Projects have included single & multi-family homes, restaurants, motels and office buildings.
